Utah Supreme Court validates electronic signatures. Reply

On June 22, the Utah Supreme Court held that electronic signatures gathered via the website of an independent candidate for governor are valid and that the candidate’s name will appear on Utah’s November ballot. The court’s decision is a huge step in recognizing the legal efficacy of electronic signatures.
